    January 8th, 2009 at 03:25:20 I went to Dai's House of Unique Stink today. I ordered the same dishes (minus the 1000-year-old eggs...no longer on the menu). Andrew Zimmern, for a guy who eats brains, worms and nads, you really gotta MAN UP! Okay, I can forgive you for passing up the second dish, even though I tolerated it (it's like eating "doufuru", available in Chinese grocery stores, straight from the jar). But the hamburgers are DELICIOUS! (I had beef slices - no beef stomach on the menu.) Andrew Zimmern, you WIMP!

You need a different visa to go to Taiwan than you do to go to China. Taiwan was only a province of China for a mere 14 years (1885-1895 and 1945-1949). Since 1949, it's been an independent country, whether you like it or not.

    January 8th, 2009 at 08:47:06 I waited in line at Jin Da Ding (the tofu stall in Shenkeng) earlier today. Though Shenkeng has plenty of stinky tofu available on Tofu Street, Jin Da Ding doesn't sell stinky tofu, but barbecued regular tofu, stuffed with fermented cabbage. It's damn good, but it ain't stinky.

    January 8th, 2009 at 10:19:02 This show states Taiwan as a nation because it originates from the United States, which is supportive of Taiwan Independence. The U.N does say that Taiwan's Nation Status is null, however when has the United States listened to anything the U.N has said, just look at the invasion of Iraq. They have a long history of denial and hypocrisy (especially in the recent years) and I think U.S needs to brush up their own act before minding other people's business.
