For the mass majority of joints have tobacco in them and have a roach instead of a filter, letting lots of carcinogens through, which cause lung cancer. Cannabis also contains around 3 times as much tar as tobacco so this clogs up ur lungs 3 times faster. This comes from some1 who used 2 love to smoke the weed.
