That stuff is useless in combat, I used to train in wushu and tae kwon do as a kid and one thing positive I got from forms was stamina and explosiveness. Train for the street, real fighting is not choreagraphed. I grew up in the inner city and had to learn what works and what does not. But he is good at what he does.

We don't know how good of a fighter he is or is not from one video. If you're into martial arts to the degree he is you have to be pretty damn good at the fighting aspect I would think. No doubt some guys could beat him, but that's not to say he couldn't beat some guys too.
