Hellgate: London (Boss Battle Movie)

It's common knowledge that when the gates of Hell do, in fact, open, they'll part on the aptly prophetic day of October 31. As a precursor to Armageddon, Electronic Arts and Namco Bandai Games announced today that Flagship Studios' Hellgate: London has gone gold and will commence its North American retail invasion on October 31 for PCs. A European release will subsequently follow on November 2. Hellgate: London is the first project from San Francisco-based Flagship Studios, which formed in 2003. The studio boasts an impressive pedigree of developers, including Bill Roper, David Brevik, and Max and Erich Schaefer, who earned their reputation at Blizzard North on such projects as the original Diablo, Starcraft, and Warcraft. Often likened to a postapocalyptic Diablo, Hellgate: London melds fast-paced shooter action with role-playing game item collection and character development. After the game's initial $49.99 purchase (a $59.99 collector's edition will also be available), the game can be played through in both single-player and multiplayer modes, and can also be upgraded to an Elite subscription account at $9.95 a month for further massively multiplayer functionality. GameSpot's previous coverage has more on the M-for-Mature game. A single-player demo for the game is currently available on GameSpot. In it, gamers can sample Hellgate's storyline, as well as take on a few side quests on the mean streets of London's Holborn Station as either the blademaster or the marksman.

ya, got it 3 days ago. really cool game and fun to play! only for like $19.99! and yes, this is actual gameplay for HellGate London... so dont say it isnt. im gonna try that wierd thing that people sometimes do too... after this discription. anyways, im only 12 and i wanted to get a new game for PC. and i jus HAPPENED to have a $50 gift card to target so we went there. turned out that target had plenty PC games! i wasnt interested in any of them so went to go look at the gameboy advance SP games. 9 games.... 9 god damn games... i was pist, but i went to look for more PC games since the gamenoy games only had 9... so after a while i found hellgate london. i read the back and found: 6 different classes: and i LOVE games with classes and fighting. so i asked my mom and she bought it! hoorah! she dropped me off home and i started plaing it... although i had a few problems at first she helped me. so i looked up hellgate: london on youtube and i didnt really find much... and now for the randomness Call of Duty 4 3 2 1 cod3 cod2 cod h2 h3 halo 3 C.E. Dave Glenn, Art Director of Creative Environments, Flagship Studios Dave Glenn's work on the Diablo franchise was instrumental in establishing the visual design and dark feel of that world. Dave was the chief Background Artist on both Diablo II and its expansion, Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. His Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech serves a solid foundation upon which he creates fantastic, yet believable structures and settings that stage and unify the world in which the game is set. Before making his mark with the Diablo series, Dave created numerous 3D architectural assets for SimCity 3000 while working as a contractor for Maxis. Development Challenges of Next-Gen title Hellgate: London Dave Glenn, Flagship Studios Flagship Studios showcase their unique implementation of 3ds Max in the development of next-gen title Hellgate: London. Standardizing on a 3ds Max-based pipeline, a tool they knew well from their work on the Diablo franchise while at Blizzard, helped the Flagship Studio team accelerate their development cycle on Hellgate: London. An overview of how Flagship approached the challenge of building a randomized 3D world using both customized and built-in 3ds Max features will be presented.
